Progress of Tropical Cyclone (TC) Ului

We would like to advise you that Vero is tracking the progress of Tropical Cyclone (TC) Ului, and are aware that Ului is possibly going to impact parts of Far North Queensland either Saturday evening or Sunday morning.

We have commenced preparations to ensure that both you and your clients have fast and easy access to Vero claims, relationship staff and services. We will be setting up emergency claims sites across key areas in Far North Queensland to be ready to assist should the cyclone impact the region. At each of these claim sites we will have assessors, builders and restoration teams ready to assist get claims underway.

In addition to this our Motor Vehicle Assessment Centres located in Cairns and Townsville are preparing for possible impact.

We have extended our operating hours of the FRU to be available on Sunday 21st March from 1pm to 5pm.
