What is Qantas Business Rewards program?

Qantas Business Rewards is all about rewarding businesses for going about their business. With over 40 partners including Vero, it’s a program designed to reward Australian business.
 

How will the Qantas Business Rewards program benefit my business?

No matter how you earn Qantas Points on your business spend, when it’s time to use your points for rewards you have all the flexibility you need. Qantas Points in your business’ account can be transferred to any Qantas Frequent flyer account**, so you choose who to reward. Boost your own account balance, or transfer points to staff to reward them for their hard work. Once transferred, points can be used towards flights, upgrades and a range of products from the Qantas Store.
 

Who can join the Qantas Business Reward program?

Australian-based businesses with an ABN are eligible to join and start earning Qantas Points. A one-off joining fee of $89.50 applies. Fees are inclusive of any applicable GST and may be varied by Qantas from time to time, without notice in its absolute discretion.
 

How do I join?

It’s easy. Register online with your ABN at qantasbusinessrewards.com.
 

How do I claim my Qantas Points?

Claiming your Qantas Points is easy. Simply:

  1. Visit qantasbusinessrewards.com/vero
  2. Log in to the members’ portal of Qantas Business Reward
  3. Complete the ‘Claim your Qantas Points’ form
  4. Provide us with some details
    • ABN
    • Policy Number
    • Insured Name
    • Consent for Vero and GIO to issue points
  5. Sit back and relax
    Your points will be issued to your account 45 days from the date you lodge your claim.

How are Qantas Points calculated?

You can earn 1 Qantas Point for every $1 spent when you purchase or renew eligible Vero business insurance policies through your broker (excluding GST and broker commissions). It’s important to note that eligible Workers Compensation Insurance policies are capped at 30,000 Qantas Business Rewards Points per policy, per 12 months.
 

Can individuals earn Qantas Points for a business when travelling on an eligible Qantas flight?

Yes, if the individual is a member of QFF and the business is registered with Qantas Business Rewards program. A business can earn Qantas Points in addition to any individual’s usual Qantas Points**.
 

How do I claim Qantas Points for Vero insurance and GIO Workers Compensation?

It’s simple – as a Qantas Business Rewards member log in to the members’ portal and complete the short ‘My insurance policies’ form. You only need to fill the form out once – when you’ve renewed your policy, your Qantas Points will be automatically issued to your active Qantas Business Rewards membership.
 

What happens if my policy changes or is cancelled?

Any policy changes will be allocated points based on additional spend. If a policy is cancelled within 45 days of policy inception, you won’t be eligible to receive Qantas Points. If you cancel your policy at any other time, or if your premium is refunded, we may deduct an equivalent amount of Qantas Points from any future Qantas Points you would otherwise be entitled to.

You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and redeem Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply.
