Qantas Business Rewards Members can earn:

  • 1 Qantas Point for every dollar paid (excluding GST and broker commission) for Eligible Products.

Summary

  • Qantas Business Rewards Members can earn Qantas Points for business by linking Eligible Products to your Qantas Business Rewards account through the Qantas Business Rewards membership portal.
  • Eligible Products must be purchased through a broker and issued on or after 16 February 2015.

  • If you cancel your business’ Eligible Product within 45 days, you will not be eligible to earn any Qantas Points in respect of that product. If you cancel your Eligible Product at any other time, or if the premium is refunded to you for any other reason, we may deduct an amount of Qantas Points equivalent to any premium refunded, from any future Qantas Points you would otherwise be entitled to under this Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer.

Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the Qantas Business Rewards Program offer offered by AAI Limited ABN 48 005 297 807 trading as Vero Insurance (‘Vero’) ("Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer").
  2. The Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer is available from 16 February 2015 and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We recommend you read these Terms & Conditions in full.
  3. Participation in the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  4. The Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer is available to members of the Qantas Business Rewards Program who purchase an Eligible Product from Vero through a broker and who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria. The Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer is available to ABN holders and is not available to:
    1. Natural persons or entities that are not eligible to Qantas Business Rewards Program Points ("Points");
    2. Entities that have their principal place of business outside Australia; or
    3. Entities that have a corporate or other discount or rebate agreement with Vero, including through a third party arrangement.
  5. If you are not an existing Qantas Business Rewards Member and wish to sign up to take part in the Qantas Business Rewards Program, go to the Qantas Business Rewards website which will provide details on how to become a member and the terms and conditions of membership, including any applicable membership fee.

Eligible Products

  1. Eligible Products means any of the following products issued through a broker on or after 16 February 2015:
    1. Vero Enterprise Business Insurance, including AustBrokers Vero Business Insurance, IAA Vero Business Insurance, IBNA Vero Business Insurance, Aon Defigo Business Insurance, Steadfast Vero Business Insurance, JLT Vero Business Insurance and Marsh Vero Business Insurance.
    2. Vero Enterprise Commercial Motor including AustBrokers Vero Commercial Motor Insurance and IBNA Vero Commercial Motor Insurance.
    3. Vero Enterprise Mobile Business.
    4. Vero Enterprise Professional Services.
    5. Vero Enterprise Retail Business.
    6. Vero Motor Trade.
    7. Vero Tax Probe Plus.
    8. Vero Non Fleet Motor Insurance.
    9. Aon Vero Musical Business Insurance, Aon Vero Photographers Insurance, Vero Hairdressers and Beauty Therapists Insurance Policy, Vero Home Business Defined Events Policy, Vero Trade Specialists Policy, Vero Master Trades Insurance, NBA Vero Bed and Breakfast Business Defined Events Insurance Policy, NBA Vero Bed and Breakfast Business Accidental Damage Insurance Policy, Vero Restaurant Policy, Vero NFP Organisations Insurance.
  2. For avoidance of doubt, the following products are not Eligible Products:
    1. Motor Fleet policies.
    2. Contract Works & Legal Liability policies.
    3. Corporate Property and Corporate Liability policies.
    4. Vero Secure Home Insurance, Vero Secure Home Elite, Vero Secure Landlord Insurance, Vero Secure Motor Insurance, Vero Recreational Vehicle Insurance and Vero Household Removals Insurance.
    5. Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Superannuation Fund Trustees Liability, Association Liability, Management Liability, Medical Malpractice Liability policies.
    6. Engineering and Equipment Breakdown polices.
    7. Marine Hull, Marine Liability and Marine Transit policies.

Eligibility and Redemption

  1. Points will only be awarded to customers who satisfy the following eligibility criteria (“Eligibility Criteria”):
    1. Customers must be current members of Qantas Business Rewards Program.
    2. Customers must purchase an Eligible Product.
    3. Customers must log in to the Qantas Business Rewards membership portal and link their Eligible Product to their Qantas Business Rewards account using the “Add & Review Your Insurance Policy Section”. Completing the application and linking the account requires the member to provide their ABN and the Eligible Product’s policy number and insured name (as appears on the Eligible Product’s policy schedule).
  2. Once an Eligible Product has been linked to a customer’s Qantas Business Rewards account in accordance with Eligibility Criteria 7(c), this condition is satisfied for future renewals of the policy, provided that the policy number and insured name (as appears on the Eligible Product’s policy schedule) has not changed.

Award of Points

  1. Customers who purchase an Eligible Product and meet the Eligibility Criteria will earn one (1) Qantas Point for every dollar of premium paid (excluding GST and broker commission).
  2. Points will only be earned in respect of Eligible Products that have not been cancelled within 45 days of policy inception.
  3. Points are calculated and awarded from the date of linking the Eligible Product to the Qantas Business Rewards account. For the avoidance of doubt, points will not awarded retrospectively.
  4. If a customer cancels their policy at any other time, or is owed a premium refund for any other reason then Vero may deduct an amount of Points equivalent to the amount of such premium refunds, from any future Qantas Points that would otherwise be owed to the customer under this Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer.
  5. Points awarded in connection with this Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer will be issued to customers by Qantas on behalf of Vero.
  6. Vero does not charge any service fee to customers in relation to the award of Points in connection with the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer.
  7. Use of Qantas Points awarded pursuant to this Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer is governed by Qantas Airways Limited ABN 16 009 661 901 ("Qantas") see Qantas Business Rewards Program Terms & Conditions at  www.qantasbusinessrewards.com/terms. If there is any inconsistency between the Qantas Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and these terms, the Qantas Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions prevail.
  8. Customers should allow three (3) months from the date they link their insurance policy or submit their application to claim Points on Qantas Business Rewards.com.au for the Points to be credited to their Qantas Business Rewards Program Account.

Consent and Privacy

  1. To process applications and award Points, Vero requires information about customers and their Eligible Products as outlined in clause 8. In completing and submitting the application customers must consent to Qantas disclosing this information to Vero for the purposes of administering the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer.
  2. To the extent the information in clause 18 contains personal information about an individual this clause applies. Vero has collected the personal information about individuals connected to customers from Qantas via the “Add & Review Your Insurance Policy Section”. The information is collected for the purposes of administering the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer, including the awarding of Points. If the information is not provided, customer may be ineligible to participate in the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer and unable to earn Points. As part of administering the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer, Vero may disclose personal information including, but not limited to, an individual’s name, Qantas Business Rewards ABN and the number of Points to be issued pursuant to the Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer to Qantas. General

  1. In addition to the Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer, Vero may run additional promotions or specials in which customers may be eligible to earn additional Points.
  2. Vero reserves the right to vary the Terms & Conditions of the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer at any time and to vary, suspend or terminate the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer at any time. To see the most up-to-date Terms & Conditions, go to the Vero website. Any decision of Vero on matters in relation to the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer is final.
  3. You should consult your accountant or tax advisor regarding any possible tax (including fringe benefits tax) implications, if any, related to their earning and use of Qantas Points under the Vero Qantas Business Rewards Program Offer.

GIO's Offer of Points in the Qantas Business Rewards program

  • GIO Workers Compensation Insurance (WA, TAS, ACT and NT only) purchased through an insurance broker

Qantas Business Rewards Members can earn:

  • 1 Qantas Point for every dollar paid (excluding GST and broker commission) for Eligible Products.
