Vero clients with a strong risk management culture in their organisation are invited to submit an Expression of Interest for the RM Advancer Awards. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company's risk management achievements. Clients must be eligible and agree to the RM Advancer Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

The Awards are open to Vero clients with annual revenue over $100 million including government bodies, private companies or non-profit organisations. A second category for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) with annual turnover under $100 million is now open.

Nomination categories

Nominations can be submitted in one of five categories:

Liability Award

The systems, process and activities undertaken to minimise an organisation's legal liability and injury to third parties.

Motor Vehicle Award

The systems, process and activities undertaken to minimise, loss, injury, damage and/legal liability arising from the use of motor vehicles.

Property Award

The systems, process and activities undertaken to minimise loss and/or damage arising from property ownership.

GIO Workers Compensation

The systems, process and activities undertaken to minimise an organisation's legal liability and injury to employees.

Enterprise Award

The systems, process and activities undertaken to minimise loss and/or damage for SMEs.

How to submit your nomination

Download the Expression of Interest form to the right, complete and email it to RMAdvancer@vero.com.au by 31 August 2017.

Finalists will be notified and asked to complete a full submission. Please work with your Risk Engineering Consultant, Underwriter and/or Broker for assistance.

Finalists will be evaluated on their responses in the submission in the context of the 11 Key principles of AS/NZ ISO31000:2009 - Risk management - Principles & Guidelines.

Submission may include:

  • improvements in managing claims
  • process improvement
  • cultural change
  • implementation of risk improvement opportunities
  • physical re-engineering of facilities.
