Reminder of Cyclone Reinsurance Pool & policy eligibility on renewals
The Cyclone Reinsurance Pool (Pool) commenced on 1 July 2022 and the legislation requires large insurers to join the scheme by 31 December 2023.
Vero is preparing its systems and processes in preparation for entering the Pool. For awareness, from April 2023, renewals that are eligible for the pool will begin to be identified.
