Our simple 4-step repair process

If your client’s vehicle is driveable, we’ll get it back on the road in four simple steps:

  • Lodge a claim online or by calling our Vero Claims Team on 1300 888 073.
  • We’ll make a repair booking with the customer’s closest repair centre.
  • The customer drives the vehicle to the repair centre and a complimentary taxi or ride-share is arranged.
  • Repairs are completed and complimentary transport is provided again for collection.
