Alyssa Sanfilippo named 2026 NIBA Young Broker of the Year

Chosen from a highly competitive field of five finalists, Alyssa stood out for her forward-thinking approach to client service, her specialist expertise in complex placements and her passion for broking. Known for her positive energy, resolve and clear sense of purpose, Alyssa is helping shape the future of the profession.
Alyssa's background in law gives her both technical expertise and a strong commitment to client advocacy. Outside her day-to-day role, she gives back to the industry through thought leadership, events and mentoring.
