This year marks the first time Finder has introduced a Business Insurance category, and Vero has been acknowledged for delivering exceptional service to Australian businesses.

This award places Vero, an intermediated brand sold exclusively through brokers, alongside direct-to-consumer brands, demonstrating the strength and relevance of the broker model in delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

We were commended in two key areas:

• Ease of Claims – Scoring 4.2 out of 5.
• Recommended brand – 90% of surveyed customers would recommend Vero.

About the Finder Awards

The Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards are designed to recognise brands that deliver exceptional experiences based on real customer feedback. Unlike many industry awards, these are independent and unbiased, making them a credible benchmark for quality. 

Over 60,000 Australians were surveyed across the entire programme, with participants asked to rate brands they’ve used recently across a range of metrics including trust, value, and customer service. This ensures the awards reflect genuine experiences and opinions from real customers.
