Young Professional Broker of the Year finalists to take part in the inaugural Vero Red Centre Experience
As part of an ultimate leadership training experience, the 2019 Young Professional Broker of the Year finalists will take part in an inspiring and rewarding program – the newly created Vero Red Centre Experience.
Each year, Vero and the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) recognise the achievement and contribution of our industry’s young brokers with the Young Professional Broker of the Year and Warren Tickle Memorial Award. Vero is a firm believer in nurturing the next generation of broking leaders and continues to invest and support young brokers with access to education, training and mentorship opportunities.
In September, this year’s five finalists will receive an additional and somewhat challenging development experience. Together, they will be flown out to Alice Springs to stress test and further develop their leadership skills in one of nature’s toughest environments. Five past Warren Tickle Memorial Award winners, along with five senior leaders from Vero, will join them.
Over four thrilling days, their professional and personal development will be accelerated, with each day focused on honing a different skill, each essential to strong leadership.
Aside from the Vero Red Centre Experience, the finalists will join the ranks of the prestigious Vero Young Broker Alumni and receive exclusive mentoring and access to the Suncorp Learning Campus, including a lunch and learn session hosted at their office. Plus, they’ll receive an invitation to this year’s Synergy conference and exclusive thought leadership and speaking opportunities with Vero.
In addition, the national Warren Tickle Memorial Award winner will receive a tailored business development experience worth $10,000.
